The truth is, we’re all the sum of our life experiences and create adaptations, habits and patterns that have allowed us to live and survive.But sometimes events were either overwhelming in themselves or were lived over and over again without the opportunity to heal or find support.

So we adapt – and the adaptations you made (possibly even as early as infancy or childhood) helped you survive. But now they’re stuck, like grooves in a scratched record and they keep you replaying your past in the present, in a state of ‘maladaptive stress’ – which is a state of constant alert (fight-flight) and/ or freeze.

It might even be a blend of all three.

10 x Somatic Experiencing/ Body therapy sessions (online/ in-person as appropriate) to go deep into healing the stories held in the body and the Nervous System. These sessions may include optional touch or self-touch.

Ongoing WhatsApp messaging & email contact for the duration of your course (as needed). You have access to me for support throughout the 12 weeks.

Weekly check-in & progress sessions (on Zoom) for all 12 weeks.

What makes RESET & THRIVE so Special?

I’ve worked 1:1 with clients in a body-mind therapeutic setting for over 20 years. When I was teaching yoga, I knew that often the ‘good work’ was only being done for an hour or so a week and much as yoga is a wonderfully healthy habit, it wasn’t helping clients to shift their mindset or change behaviours in all the other hours of their week – it was helping to manage symptoms but not heal them at their roots.

The experience was similar with my bodywork clients – they felt amazing after the sessions and that would last for a while and then the deep patterns meant the symptoms often returned.

And for some clients, receiving bodywork – touch – is something they’re not quite ready for.

So, I found the missing links and created a program that acknowledges and works with all of our lived experience as women in today's world.

I’ve worked 1:1 with clients in a body-mind therapeutic setting for over 20 years. After 20 years of body-mind practice and over 50 of simply being alive in a body, learning how to regulate my Nervous System and understanding how it influences our emotions, brain health, thought processes, hormones, sleep and creativity & joy gives me the deep foundations of a practice for LIFE that I bring to you with RESET & THRIVE.
