We focus on simple, practical self-care tools to give you ways to calm your nervous system and recharge, reset and renew in your daily life, so you no longer feel overwhelmed or exhausted & can create & cultivate the energy to do what you love.
This week, food is your medicine. We cut out all irritants & sugar in order to detox your liver, balance blood sugar & key hormones, reduce inflammation and bloating and unwanted weight gain.
I give you all the recipes* to follow each day; they're super simple & tasty and there are no fancy ingredients - you'll find everything you need in your local supermarkets and I'm here to take you through the process step-by-step.

When we detox the body - especially organs like the liver, we reduce inflammation and brain fog. Decluttering the mind creates space & clarity so you can start to focus on your life's dreams and goals again as well as finding joy and gratitude in the small stuff.
You can definitely follow all the classes and exercises to calm the nervous system, declutter the mind and create space and purpose. You can also learn about what foods support your liver, brain and hormones so you can generally eat more healthily. However, you should not reduce or restrict meals whilst pregnant or breastfeeding.
The short answer is YES! Many women have successfully completed this course by following the detox diet and the classes whilst working full-time, or taking care of children and have felt huge benefit. All the daily classes are recorded so you can watch them when it best fits your schedule. Though the more you can simplify your life and create space for yourself during these 7 days, the more you'll feel the positive effects. Think of it as a home retreat!
Absolutely not! You come and are welcome exactly as you are right now. The exercises we follow are appropriate for all shapes, sizes and stages of fitness and the classes are accessible to all.

We take meat, gluten, eggs and dairy out of our diet for the week. The recipes are mostly plant-based, with the inclusion of fish if you are not vegan.

My journey in listening to my body began after a burnout in my late 20s. I'd been in a terrible relationship and working crazy hours in film production services. I was in constant pain after a viral infection and only knew that I needed to change EVERYTHING. My contract was suddenly terminated after 9/11 and I decided to go and do something completely different.
That decision took me to a remote hilltribe village in northern Thailand, where I began to study meditation, yoga and Thai massage. It was there, removed from all distractions, that I realised just how disconnected I'd become from my body.
And I knew that for me, the way in was my way forward. That was over 20 years ago, and since then I've been learning, teaching and growing. Now, I'm a Somatic Coach & Therapist, living with my family (and dog!) in Copenhagen, Denmark. I'm deeply passionate about supporting people to create their own deeper connection with themselves - whatever that means.
When we listen, we can learn from the messages of our body and heart, release old stories and trauma and create the space, confidence, courage and ENERGY to step into whatever we want to create for ourselves.
